Her duties included assisting children with basic care and maintenance of classroom spaces. Shortly after her recovery, the defendant terminated her employment, citing failure to comply with COVID-19 protocol and alleged misrepresentation on health attestations. The plaintiff filed suit, alleging wrongful termination, retaliation under workers’ compensation laws, and disability discrimination. The defendant then moved for summary judgment.
